APEC Security Measures in Yokohama, Japan

Ever wonder what the security measures were like in Yokohama during APEC? How many police officers? What type of security devices were deployed? Well, here is a video that answers some of your questions. [Note the commentary is in Japanese but it gives you some great insight into living in Japan.]

By the way, there were 21,000 police officers dispatched for APEC-Yokohama security, some coming from as far as Okinawa. I wonder why one or two did not stop the guy from shooting this video:
