Japanese Consulate San Francisco Vice Consul Charged with Assualt and 14 Counts of Domestic Violence

I tweeted earlier about Japan’s plan to start providing shots to top the spread of H1N1 in Japan. The Mainichi Shimbun reports the following:

“A set of double vaccinations against swine flu will cost around 6,000 yen per person, the government said.

The cost was unveiled as the government held the first meeting of its anti-swine flu task force, where a basic flu vaccination policy under the new administration was determined.

The vaccinations will begin sometime around Oct. 19, with one injection costing 3,600 yen nationwide. A second injection at the same medical institution will cost 2,550 yen, with the initial visit fee deducted. In total, a set of double vaccinations will cost 6,150 yen per person.”
